About the Role: TrueML is on a mission to humanize the recovery process for distressed borrowers through AI and machine learning. A lot of that mission runs on systems we have been operating for years. They are not the newest thing we have built, but they carry a large share of our client volume, our consumer outcomes, and our revenue.
As a Product Manager, you own those systems and lead the team that keeps them running and getting better. You are the person clients and internal teams come to when something needs to change, get fixed, or just be explained. You also keep the domain teams who are rebuilding this functionality on the new platform up to date on what your team is doing and why.
