Executive Director – Assisted Living Spring Oak Senior Living at Vineland | Vineland, NJ $110,000–$125,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community in Vineland, New Jersey. This is an opportunity to take the lead of a stable, well-performing community with an established team and strong foundation already in place. We are looking for a proven senior living leader who can build on that success, with particular strengths in building strong teams, creating a positive and accountable culture, and driving financial performance. For the right leader, there is also meaningful opportunity for growth within Spring Oak. As our organization continues to expand, this position has the potential to grow into broader responsibilities, including mentoring and supporting other communities within the region.
