About The Role We're seeking a proactive, highly organized Office/Warehouse Manager to support our Arlington Heights, Illinois office and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse, ensuring an efficient, organized, and safe work environment while providing operational support to our growing regional construction team. You'll coordinate office administration, facilities, vendors, employee onboarding and engagement, while also managing inventory, material receiving and distribution, warehouse organization, and logistics to ensure project teams have the equipment and materials they need to succeed. This position plays a key role in supporting both our employees and field operations by maintaining efficient workplace processes, accurate inventory control, and seamless coordination between the office, warehouse, and project teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, highly organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience while driving operational excellence.
