About this role
The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mammography department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic breast imaging services. In addition to performing mammographic procedures, this role provides leadership, technical guidance, staff training, and regulatory compliance oversight. The Lead Technologist acts as a liaison between staff, radiologists, and management to support clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and departmental goals.
