The Opportunity We're looking for a highly motivated individual to drive high-impact commercial initiatives that fuel ShopBack's growth. Sitting within Commercial and Growth, you'll work directly with C-level executives and the leadership bench, using data-driven analysis to shape solutions and execute with precision. This is a fast-track leadership development role. Over your first year, you'll be given real ownership — running initiatives end-to-end and leading a small team or task force — to build the commercial acumen and people leadership needed for a future P&L leadership role at ShopBack.
