As Scrum Master and owner of the team's Jira operating rhythm, you will turn priorities into achievable commitments and make capacity, dependencies, and decisions visible. You will use delivery insights to help leadership identify hotspots, anticipate burnout risk, and deploy the team's resources for maximum impact.
