We aim to become a global actor in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality(AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology, which are our areas of expertise. We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world. We're looking for someone who has*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.*Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects.*Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.*Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry.*Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly*Analyzing the needs of business*Creating and guide various research and test requirements*Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).*Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.*Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
