What We're Looking for
In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing Proficiency in medication and treatment administration In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards
Leadership & Communication
Proven track record of positive leadership Exceptional communication skills Ability to partner effectively with team members Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports
Tech Savvy
Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Proficient computer skills Ability to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
