Keep Our Community Shining Behind the Scenes The Village at Orchard Ridge is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Part-Time Utility Aide (Dishwasher) to join our dining services team. As a Utility Aide, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive dining experience for residents by ensuring dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your work helps support a welcoming environment where residents and team members can thrive.
Pay Range $15.50 - $17.50 per hour Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.
What You'll Do
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish room Assist with trash removal and recycling procedures Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards Support dining team members with kitchen cleanup and closing duties Help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment
What We're Looking For
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Prior dishwashing or food service experience is helpful, but not required Ability to read and speak English
