You've spent 5 years in advertising, most of it inside pharma or healthcare accounts, and you've got the instincts to turn strategy into visual storytelling that actually moves HCPs, patients, and caregivers. You're not just executing, you're setting the bar for the art direction of a brand and mentoring the Art Directors and Designers who bring it to life.
You thrive when you're leading, pitching concepts to clients, defending creative rationale, and keeping craft quality high across every deliverable that goes out the door. If you've been the person junior designers come to when they're stuck, this is your next step.
