Pay: $23.00/hour Location: Chicago, IL located at both 360 N Green and 800 Fulton (only a 3 minute walk!) Schedule: Please note this would be an on-call position. Please include your availability when applying.
Primary Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Additional Coverage Opportunity: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Reports To: onsite Wellness Program Manager
Your Mission: Your mission as a Front Desk Associate is to create a welcoming, seamless experience for every member and tenant who enters the fitness center. As a key part of the day-to-day operation, you’ll combine genuine hospitality with hands-on facility support to help keep the space clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for members throughout the day. You’ll be a go-to resource for members, assisting with everything from tours and membership needs to general questions, while helping ensure the fitness center consistently reflects Playbook’s high standards for service and experience.
