About this role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the provision of high-quality accounting support, including the timely and accurate recording of Journal entries, general ledger and daily bank reconciliations and assisting in Financial Management.

Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable PortfolioManaging a team of four membersFacilitating Banking Portfolio and SAP upgrade testing for FICOResponsible for Hedge and FEC contract administrationManaging E-com / Online FraudManaging Staff ExpensesManaging MIRO Process and backup when requiredManaging Stock Register and Stock in TransitOrganising Overseas paymentsPreparing Bank reconciliationsProcessing Journal Entries when requiredLeading General Ledger ReconciliationsAssisting in month end financial reporting. (MRP, CRP)Performing any special reports or projects as required.Assisting with Auditor and Bank Queries when requiredProviding guidance and support to team members and direct reports

Strong, hands-on experience in complex accounting environmentsThe ability to effectively maintain financial accounting records and Ecommerce banking, manage treasury and payments, and resolve complex finance issues.Relevant tertiary qualificationsExtensive proficiency and working knowledge of SAPBackend experience with Concur systemsDemonstrated organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasksDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of the team in a busy environmentAbility to deal with confidential information in a professional mannerExceptional interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship within the department team membersExtensive leadership experience with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
