About the team The Builder Ops team owns operational excellence, developer tooling, and AI-powered automation for RBKS. We build the systems that keep services healthy and make builders productive — from service health dashboards and pipeline governance to AI agents that automate operational toil. Our mission is simple: every builder ships faster, every service runs better, and AI does the heavy lifting on everything that can be automated. We operate across Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk — a connected ecosystem of physical and digital products serving millions of customers worldwide. You'll work alongside firmware engineers, cloud service owners, and mobile developers, building the platforms they depend on daily.
