*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with food safety regulations. * Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting needs to management. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. * Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on seasonal ingredients.

* Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques within a kitchen environment. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting required. * Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations. * Flexibility to adapt to changing menus or dietary restrictions as needed.
