*Role Overview*
We are seeking an *experienced Dental Front Desk Administrator* who excels in *schedule management*, *patient communication*, and *clinic flow coordination*. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment and can confidently manage both hygiene and doctor schedules.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Full ownership of the *hygiene schedule* * Ensuring *daily doctor schedules stay fully booked* * Confirming all appointments and reducing no?shows * Coordinating with providers to ensure coverage * Managing recalls, unscheduled treatment, and overdue hygiene * Strong communication with patients regarding treatment needs * Monitoring schedule gaps and filling them proactively * Ensuring hygiene performance aligns with daily booking targets * Clear documentation and communication with the Practice Manager
*Required Experience*
* Minimum *2 years dental front desk experience* * Strong understanding of *hygiene flow*, recalls, and perio intervals * Confident communicator with patients and providers * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy multi?provider clinic * Experience with booking strategies and schedule optimization

Pay: $19.47-$26.00 per hour
