Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a *family-owned dental practice that has proudly served the Mississauga community for over 30 years*, and we are looking for a full-time *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team.
We have an excellent, loyal patient base and are looking for someone who values building genuine long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality, comprehensive dental hygiene care.
The Position
* *Full-time, permanent position* * Monday: *8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM* * Tuesday: *9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM* * Wednesday: *8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM* * Thursday: *9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM* * Friday: *8:00 AM ? 1:00 PM* * *No evenings or weekends* * Predictable, consistent schedule * Approximately *8 patients per day* * *$46?$54/hour*, based on experience * *Dental benefits included* * *Free on-site parking*

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services * Perform periodontal assessments and appropriate hygiene therapy * Scaling, polishing and fluoride treatments * Take radiographs as required * Oral cancer screening and oral health assessments * Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction * Maintain accurate clinical records and charting * Communicate findings and recommendations with the dentist * Provide excellent patient education and care
We are looking for an RDH who is:
* Registered and in good standing with the *College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)* * Caring, friendly and patient-focused * Professional, dependable and organized * Comfortable working independently while being part of a team * Interested in building long-term relationships with patients

Experience with *Tracker* is an asset, but training can be provided.
