*Royal Home Improvements* is seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Interior Designer* to join our dynamic team. As a certified interior designer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including creating realistic 3D renderings, millwork drawings, product selection, ordering materials, and overseeing project management.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Create detailed 3D renderings and millwork drawings for residential projects * Assist with product selection and sourcing materials to match project specifications and client preferences * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product orders and deliveries * Oversee the project management process, ensuring design work is implemented correctly and on schedule * Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions * Stay current on design trends, new materials, and software to maintain cutting-edge expertise
*Qualifications*:
* Certified Interior Designer (must provide proof of certification) * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering programs) * Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating detailed renderings and millwork drawings * Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*Preferred Skills*:
* Experience in large scale residential building and renovation projects * Knowledge of building codes and design standards * Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices * Customer service * Sales
