Come join Mystic Lake Casino at our new restaurant concept, Red Orchid! As a Server Assist, you will work alongside our Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, polished, and seamless service. This role supports the execution of each course and anticipates guest needs through precise food and beverage service, table maintenance, and communication with the team. Job Duties
• Delivers food and beverages with attention to timing, accuracy, presentation, and proper service standards.
• Assists with course progression, including clearing, resetting, and preparing the table for the next course.
• Maintains awareness of the dining room and assigned tables, anticipating guest needs and communicating with the Server
• Verifies food presentation and communicates any concerns, missing items, or special requests before food is presented to the guest.
• Provides water and beverage service and assists with other guest requests.
• Maintains impeccable table presentation, service areas, and surrounding floor throughout service.
• Keeps service stations fully stocked and organized and completes assigned side work to support the operation.
• Assists with other service responsibilities as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Job Requirements
• 1+ year of guest experience in a restaurant environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends
