About this role
Job Purpose Performing maintenance on the building and equipment as needed that involves preventive maintenance as well as diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Duties:
•
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain clean housekeeping guidelines while repairs are being completed
• Initiate and recommend solutions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities or unsafe conditions.
• Skills and Experience:
• Five Years of Manufacturing Maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with operating forklift and crane equipment
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven Safety Record
• Flexibility to work overtime or emergency coverage when needed
