WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead and supervise track maintenance and construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with FRA standards and company safety expectations.
• Manage track inspections, repair programs, rail replacement, and capital projects.
• Coordinate contractors, railroad operations, and public agencies.
• Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Control costs, manage resources, and keep projects on schedule.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of railroad track maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FRA track standards and railroad operations.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
