WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead daily railroad operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams.
• Drive operating performance and budget goals.
• Build strong customer and business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, asset utilization, and profitability.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and capital improvement projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of railroad leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Conductor certification required; Engineer certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
