Nissan of Concord is looking for an experienced Nissan Master Technician or Nissan Certified Expert Technician to join our growing service department. Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles using manufacturer-approved procedures and technical information.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability systems.
• Complete maintenance, repair, and warranty work accurately and efficiently.
• Use Nissan diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and specialized service tools.
• Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Work closely with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with Nissan training, technology, and certification requirements.
Qualifications
• Nissan Master Technician or Nissan Certified Expert Technician credentials preferred.
• Strong Nissan diagnostic and repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
