Role Description
This paragraph summarizes the general nature, level and purpose of the job. The Advisory Council Member provides consumer input into the Packard System at all levels of care: clinical, operational, and policy.
Essential Functions
Participates in monthly Consumer Advisory Councils. Reviews patient education materials. Participates in panels and gives presentations to Packard Staff. Participates in quarterly staff-consumer Summits on various topics. Provides online feedback on various requests from Providers and Administration.
Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. One (1) year managing care regimen of a child with a chronic health condition for a specific service area. None required for License/Certification.
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in a caring and compassionate manner. Knowledge of health literacy. Ability to work effectively both as a team player and leader. Ability to use computer programs for specific area.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $30.14 to $34.19.
