The Opportunity
BlueScope Building Components is looking for a Branch Manager to join our Lysaght team based in Darwin, NT. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a small but strategically important branch with significant growth potential. You’ll lead an experienced team across sales, customer service, manufacturing and operations, while guiding the branch through operational change and positioning the business for future growth.
What Will You Do?
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Darwin branch, including its people, safety, customers, operations and commercial outcomes.
