The Key Tasks You Will Perform
Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.Deploy and support API integrations, webhooks, and basic workflow automations to support operational efficiency.Support infrastructure-as-code deployments using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Write and maintain operational scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and assist with root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.Provide initial troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity, and access tickets.Maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures, configurations, and playbooks. What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (equivalent practical experience considered)At least 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support or administrationWorking scripting knowledge in at least one scripting language (Python)Working knowledge of main cloud providers (AWS)Exposure to automating routine operational tasks using serverless or workflow platformsGood troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, or Linux environments Life at Grab
