Requirements: 2+ years of relevant IT Managed Services or IT Service Delivery experienceA project management qualification (such as Agile or PRINCE2) and/or experience using project delivery tools and methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder relationship skillsKnowledge of hardware and software IT solutions, including a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and back-end softwareKnowledge of the manufacturing industry and/or its processesExperience creating, negotiating, and maintaining SLAsUnderstanding of ITIL service management principlesExperience managing service reviews, customer governance meetings, and continual service improvement programmesKnowledge of supplier management processesCommercial awareness and understanding of service costingExperience working in a technology, IT services, hardware, software, or technical support environmentEvidence of experience and achievements in past or current projectsStrong judgment and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail, accurate technical report-writing, and presentation skillsA self-motivated, can-do attitude and determination to succeed Responsibilities: Manage IT delivery projects from end to end, covering software and hardware, using recognised industry tools and methodologiesDesign, develop, and maintain support processes to achieve service level agreements, including testing, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing supportCollaborate with technical teams to understand service impacts, dependencies, and risks; align customer requirements, SLAs, and service performance expectations; and support Service Delivery EngineersEnsure service agreements accurately reflect business requirements, contractual obligations, and operational capabilitiesAnalyse internal statistics to monitor service performance against agreed SLAs and proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvementSupport regular customer service review meetings by presenting performance metrics, service reports, and improvement plansContribute to service initiatives using ITIL best practices to enhance service qualityCoordinate major incident communications and oversee service recovery activitiesSupport contract renewals and commercial discussionsCoordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they understand project stages and requirements and to support successful project outcomesCapture detailed customer requirements to achieve suitable product outcomes while maintaining stakeholder communication and managing deadlines and budgets Technologies: HardwareSupportITILWindowsREST More:
