Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in cyber resilience and recoveryExposure to Business Continuity, Incident Response, Cyber Recovery or Disaster Recovery, enterprise IT environments, resilience and recovery planning, technical documentation and report writing, and stakeholder communicationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans involving multiple systems and stakeholdersDesirable: Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and Recovery Services; Rubrik or similar cyber-recovery platforms; Microsoft Defender; or communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences Responsibilities: Analyse business systems to understand the impact of cyber incidents, dependencies and recovery pathsMaintain and test Business Continuity, Incident Response and Cyber Recovery plansConduct practical system recovery and resilience testingContribute to incident reviews and apply lessons learned to improve future resilienceIdentify and escalate weaknesses in resilience strategiesWork with project and change teams to ensure resilience is considered in new developmentsProduce clear resilience documentation, plans and reportsCoordinate recovery planning with technical and non-technical stakeholders Technologies: AzureCloudDevOps More:
We are recruiting a DR, BCP and Cyber Resilience Specialist to join an established organisation and help strengthen its ability to respond to, recover from and learn from cyber incidents. This varied role combines hands-on technical recovery, analysis, planning, testing and coordination across Business Continuity, Incident Response and Cyber Recovery. The position is based in Chester and offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week onsite. Salary is up to £55,000.
