We are investing in more modular code, cleaner Git workflows and robust testing. This Norfolk-based, on-site role is open to people at different career stages; defence experience is not required. The work offers variety across software, maths, hardware and trials, with opportunities to contribute ideas as we modernise our software development. We offer a four-and-a-half-day working week and training to help fill skills gaps. The salary is £35,000–£55,000. Occasional UK and international travel, including some unsocial hours, may be required.
