Salary: £33,000 - 68,000 per year

Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the CPMS platform and associated EV charging infrastructure network.Monitor, manage and optimise performance across the client EV estate to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.Diagnose and resolve the majority of faults remotely through the CPMS system.Diagnose faults and coordinate with planners and engineers.Act as the technical escalation point for complex network and system issues.Work closely with field engineers during reactive callouts, providing technical guidance and root cause analysis.Work directly with OEM partners to manage interoperability, firmware, configuration and platform integration.Develop, document and continuously improve operational processes and workflows.Analyse network and charger performance data to proactively prevent faults.Support onboarding of new charging sites and clients into the CPMS environment.Contribute to future team structure, training and capability as the estate grows.Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication where required.Lead, mentor and motivate the network operations team to achieve organisational goals.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. The CPMS Technical Support role focuses on supporting the reliability and efficiency of our EV charging network, primarily by resolving issues remotely through system management, automation and fault diagnosis, with reactive callout support when required.
