Salary: £33,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in a similar role within a professional services, consultancy or construction environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholdersA proactive mindset and confidence following up on actionsSelf-motivation, strong organisation and time management, and attention to detailResilience and the ability to manage challenging and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlines with enthusiasm, determination and driveAdvanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and database or CRM softwareExperience monitoring procurement portals and tender platforms is advantageousAPMP certification or an equivalent bid management qualification is advantageousProficiency in relevant software and systems, such as CRM, knowledge management and AI tools Responsibilities: Maintain a matrix of key contacts across client-facing sectors, technical disciplines and offices to distribute market intelligence and tender noticesMaintain and develop a log of CPV codes and keywords aligned with our business interestsUse our business intelligence tool to monitor public- and private-sector contract opportunities, awards and market spend, including daily searches as requiredIdentify, log and communicate appropriate tender opportunities to the right people using relevant codes, keywords and contact informationKeep client and opportunity information up to date in our tracker database and/or CRM system to support timely decisions, including bid/no-bid decisionsFollow up with teams to maintain momentum, establish ownership and support timely review and decision-making on every opportunityResearch market, client and competitor information in response to requests from sector leaders, account managers, technical discipline leaders and framework managersProvide day-to-day administrative support to leaders of strategic long-term framework contractsSupport the rollout, training, day-to-day use and ongoing improvement of our CRM system as a single source of truthProduce monthly and quarterly reports on markets, opportunities and bidding performance, including win/loss ratiosDrive improvements in our bidding and data management approaches to make effective use of information, support collaboration and increase efficiency Technologies: AIBusiness IntelligenceCRMExcelSupportMatrix More:

This new Bid Portal Administrator role joins our growing team of win professionals, working closely with technical colleagues across the business to support growth and the continued professionalisation of our work-winning approach. The role serves as a central hub across the UK, reports to our Director of Pursuits and works within a wider community of bid managers, coordinators and writers who share best practice and drive improvement. The successful candidate may be based at any of our UK locations and would typically be expected to work in the office at least three days each week.
