Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar product-focused role.Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data-driven products.Experience managing stakeholder requirements and product backlogs.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Comfort working in an Agile SaaS environment.Passion for technology, innovation and delivering customer value.Experience with reporting or BI tools such as ThoughtSpot is desirable.Experience using Azure DevOps, Productboard or similar product management tools is desirable.Experience using AI tools to support product discovery, analysis or delivery is desirable. Responsibilities: Own and prioritise the Integrations and Reporting product backlogs.Drive the growth and development of our Marketplace and integration ecosystem.Define requirements and user stories for product enhancements.Work with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases.Collaborate with third-party software providers and technology partners.Develop reporting and data solutions that help customers gain greater insight into their recruitment activity.Gather customer feedback and market trends to influence product direction.Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies across our platform.
