Responsibilities: Design intuitive, user-centred experiences across our web-based products and digital platforms, simplifying regulatory and data complexity.Work with our Product team to plan and deliver user research that deepens our understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain points.Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas and solutions.Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.Test concepts and solutions with users and incorporate feedback into future iterations.Develop and maintain design systems, components and standards to drive consistency across our products.Champion accessibility, usability and evidence-based design decisions.Simplify complex data, workflows and regulatory requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.Bring user insight and customer-centred thinking into product strategy and decision-making.Establish a strong, consistent design foundation as MyEcosurety evolves from prototype into a comprehensive self-service platform.Embed design best practice across teams and establish consistent design standards for developers.Partner with stakeholders across our organisation to simplify and improve user journeys. We are Ecosurety, a certified B Corp working to rid the world of unnecessary packaging. We combine technology, market intelligence and regulatory expertise to help leading brands make smarter, more sustainable packaging decisions. This role offers the opportunity to shape our evolving products and customer experience, translating complex environmental and regulatory data into intuitive, accessible experiences. Youll work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders in a supportive, ambitious team, with ownership and the opportunity to see ideas move from concept to delivery. The salary is up to £50,000, dependent on experience, with an annual bonus of up to 10%, a 7% employer pension contribution, life insurance, critical illness cover, a health cash plan, paid sick leave, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, options for additional or unpaid leave, two weeks workcation per year, three paid volunteering days, a £250 home-working allowance, wellbeing support, and training and professional development.
