Were a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time focused on coding and architecture and 30% on leading an onshore and offshore development team. Youll help shape our architecture and technical direction while contributing to the development of a high-performing team. The role is based in the Midlands and requires working onsite 2–3 days per week.
