Granger is seeking a People Development Intern to support employee learning, career development, performance management, and organizational improvement initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating development resources, improving employee programs, and supporting projects that impact team members across the organization. This role is ideal for a student interested in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development. Ideal Internship Timeline This internship is designed as an extended development opportunity. Begin in a part-time capacity in November 2026 (schedule based on academic availability) Continue working part-time throughout the Spring 2027 semester Transition into a full-time Summer 2027 internship as a part of Granger's Summer Internship Program Gain increasing levels of responsibility and ownership throughout the experience Have the opportunity to lead or contribute to a meaningful summer project that creates lasting impact for employees and the organization What You'll Do Learning & Development Coordinate filming schedules with department leaders for New Hire Orientation (NHO) content Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding and training resources Edit and produce employee learning videos using ClipChamp Organize and maintain a centralized library of training content Organizational Development Assist with creating visually engaging career path resources Support employee development initiatives and programs Help improve tools and resources that support employee growth and performance Performance Management Support Create video tutorials and job aids for Granger's performance management program (PULSE) Assist with the preparation and distribution of performance reporting materials Support communication and adoption of employee development resources Employee Communications Help develop content for the monthly People Development newsletter Create graphics, stories, and informational content that support employee growth and engagement Special Projects Support process documentation and improvement efforts Assist with HR and organizational audits Organize and maintain employee development resources and records Contribute to department projects that improve the employee experience What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation Comfortable learning new technology and software tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Bonus Points If You Have Experience With: Video editing software (ClipChamp, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) Presentation design Newsletter or content creation Graphic design tools What You'll Gain Real-world experience supporting employee development initiatives Exposure to organizational development and performance management practices Experience creating professional communications and learning resources Opportunities to collaborate with leaders across the organization Ownership of meaningful projects that create lasting impact Why This Internship Is Different This internship offers a blend of people development, organizational development, and operational support experience.
