Chefs Wanted: Wok & Dim Sum We are seeking three skilled chefs to join our team: Two Wok Chefs specialized in Guangzhou and Sichuan cuisine One Dim Sum Chef About You You have a strong culinary background, an open-minded attitude and the ability to handle pressure with a positive mindset. You are comfortable working both weekdays and weekends. Fluency in English, Chinese, or Danish is required. Responsibilities Creating and preparing dishes for à la carte service Developing and planning menus that showcase Guangzhou and Sichuan cuisine Managing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Keeping up to date with food trends and industry developments Qualifications Wok Chef (2 positions) Previous experience working as a wok chef specializing in Guangzhou and Sichuan cuisine Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Danish Strong leadership and management skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Passion for cooking and creating new dishes Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines Dim Sum Chef (1 position) Previous experience working as a dim sum chef, with a strong command of Guangzhou-style dim sum Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Danish Strong leadership and management skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Passion for cooking and creating new dishes Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
