Restaurant Manager: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Restaurant Chef/Managers who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment. You must be able to maintain quality, consistency and speed during busy service while working towards clearly defined operational and financial KPIs. The role requires you to: · Perform confidently under pressure and during high-volume service · Consistently deliver food to the customers on table · Meet agreed KPIs for cost management, waste management, productivity, waiting staff performance and kitchen performance · Control and minimize unnecessary waste · Work efficiently within staffing and labour targets · Take responsibility for your own performance and contribute to the overall results of the restaurant · Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization and food safety · Work closely with management to identify problems and improve results · We are looking for someone who understands that running a successful restaurant is about both great food and great numbers. · We have multiple locations, but this vacancy is for Bandhan Viborg Restaurant .
