Your responsibilities Responsible for customer service in Supply Chain – first point of contact Order handling for external as well as internal customers Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfilment. Stakeholder management at local warehouses, internal customers and headquarters Contract handling and invoicing using SAP Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution. Basic master data management Collaborate with sales, service, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Your profile Experience with customer service Experienced user of ERP systems Experienced in Microsoft Office Experience in a company with an ISO certificate is an advantage Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English is mandatory Good communication skills Personal characteristics Service-minded and customer-focused Embrace change and demonstrate an open mindset towards new ways of working, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
