Department: Marketing Location: EMEA-Denmark **Description **As Marketing Manager, Nordics , you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for one of our business channels across the Nordic region, in line with company objectives, regional priorities, and global strategy. You will play a key role in accelerating business growth by identifying market opportunities, driving customer engagement, strengthening customer adoption, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support our commercial objectives. Working closely with commercial, clinical, and regional marketing teams, you will translate customer insights into effective marketing programs that drive customer success and long-term business performance. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Nordics and be based in Copenhagen, with regular travel across the Nordic region. **Role expectations ****Strategic Growth & Business Development ** Lead the strategic growth of your assigned business channel across the Nordics by identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities in alignment with EMEA strategy and in close collaboration with the commercial organization and Senior Marketing Manager. Proactively represents the Nordic region and our customers by providing market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and business analytics to support new product development and global strategy. Identify local growth opportunities and champion initiatives that support business expansion beyond regional marketing plans. Focus on end-to-end excellence across products, services, and customer experiences while maintaining a broad market perspective and identifying future opportunities. Generate actionable customer, market, and competitive insights to shape commercial priorities and marketing investments. **Marketing Planning & Execution ** Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the assigned business channel, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, company strategy, regional priorities, and global direction. Lead and execute channel marketing initiatives, including congresses, summits, customer events, speaker programs, educational activities, marketing playbooks, digital campaigns, and customer engagement programs. Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of key initiatives by defining timelines, responsibilities, materials, agency deliverables, stakeholder briefings, field team alignment, attendance where relevant, and post-activity follow-up. Champion regional and central marketing programs locally in close collaboration with sales, clinical, and regional teams, ensuring activities are translated into clear and practical execution for the Nordic markets. Use analytics and insights, including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement trends, market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer feedback, to continuously optimize marketing performance and improve future activities. Support successful product launches, commercialization strategies, and customer adoption initiatives. **KOL & Customer Engagement ** Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, speakers, key customers, institutions, and professional associations across the Nordics. Partner with external stakeholders to deliver educational, scientific, and professional initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and thought leadership. Identify, brief, and support speakers and KOLs for congresses, educational programs, and customer-facing activities. **Cross-Functional Leadership ** Partner closely with Commercial, Clinical, Finance, Education, Regional Marketing, and local country teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable business impact. Provide channel expertise, customer insights, campaign materials, messaging, and practical guidance to support successful local execution. Build stakeholder alignment across functions and markets to drive implementation of strategic initiatives. **Digital Marketing & Innovation ** Utilize digital communication platforms, marketing technologies, AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and analytics platforms to deliver and optimize marketing activities. Deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns that enhance customer engagement throughout the customer journey building the future of Digital dentistry. Explore innovative approaches to customer engagement and continuously evaluate emerging marketing trends and leverage EMEA and global best practices **Training & Capability Building (consider erasing – repetition) ** Train and educate country stakeholders on relevant aspects of the business channel, customer journey, brand strategy, products, and marketing initiatives. Develop training materials and supporting collateral to enable effective execution across local teams and share best practices, customer insights, and market learnings to support continuous improvement across the Nordic organization. **Experience ****What we're looking for ** 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare (FMCH) industries. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, and field-based teams. Experience managing agencies, events, and external partners. Proven ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and business results. Hands-on experience with congress participation, event execution, agency coordination, customer-facing activities, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and follow-up processes. **Skills ** Strong strategic mindset and commercial acumen. Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. Ability to work independently and navigate a matrix organization. Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Results-oriented and customer-focused approach. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. **Qualifications ** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Fluent in English.
