Summary
We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicer II who combines mortgage servicing knowledge with something just as important: a commitment to great member service.
In this role, you’ll work with portfolio and Fannie Mae mortgage loans while helping ensure payments, escrow accounts, taxes, insurance, payoffs, and other servicing needs are handled accurately and on time.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Understand escrow, property tax, hazard/flood insurance, and PMI Processing
• On-Boarding loans and balancing GL accounts
• Processing payoff demands and reconveying the lien
• Research and resolving servicing exceptions
• Can successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and helping members
• Have Fannie Mae or equivalent investor servicing experience
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing experience
Education and Certificates/Licenses
• A minimum education of high school education or GED
Required Skills/Abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, EQ and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Working understanding of Mortgage and lending principles, practices and procedures is preferred

This position involves primarily non-manual labor. Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance is essential, particularly to assure duties are fulfilled. Position requires repetitive hand movements, the daily ability to focus on several tasks at one time, analyze data and draw conclusions, quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations, analyze and explain complex information, communicate frequently with others in person, over the phone, via electronic communications, and in group presentations. The associate must be able to travel regularly among the branches supervised. The position may include occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
