Customer Service Representative
Cal-Ore Telephone is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. The ideal applicant will have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications.
Key responsibilities include processing customer payments, managing service orders, setting up new accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and performing general accounting tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the public are essential.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can follow direction, meet deadlines, and contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment. Occasional travel between office locations may be required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred.
