About Caring Across Generations: Caring Across Generations is a national organization working to make care more affordable and accessible at every stage of life while making sure caregivers are treated with respect and dignity. Founded in 2011 by Sarita Gupta and Ai-jen Poo, our campaign is focused on creating change in three ways: organizing a powerful movement of the Caring Majority — the majority of Americans who are directly affected by the need for care; fighting for groundbreaking policy at the state and federal level; and changing hearts and minds through storytelling, pop culture interventions, and cultural organizing.

Position Summary: The Alumni Network Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for the Care Fellowship alumni network, keeping former Fellows connected to the organization and to one another. Reporting to the Associate Director of Training, the Coordinator will work closely with the Training Manager and other internal staff to carry out alumni engagement goals and programs, tracking priorities, timelines, and next steps so that projects move forward on schedule. They will manage alumni outreach and communication, coordinate logistics and scheduling for network events, calls, and trainings led by staff and partners, and host regular conversations with the Care Fellow Network. Working with the Digital, Campaigns, Communications, and Culture Change teams, the Coordinator will connect alumni to storytelling, campaign, and leadership opportunities, and will join internal meetings to keep alumni engagement aligned with organizational goals and to report on progress.
