Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator supports the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process by coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating a positive candidate experience, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, and internal business partners to ensure timely and compliant hiring and onboarding activities. Core Duties:
• Create and route requisitions and offers through the approval process for all internal hires while keeping the stakeholders updated. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams • Assist recruiters with sourcing, hiring and immigration activities. • Coordinate new hire paperwork, initiate any needed internal onboarding tickets, and as needed assist with new hire orientations.
• Coordinate preboarding communications and welcome materials. • Ensure completion of new hire documentation, including tax forms, employment verification, background checks, policy acknowledgments, and work authorization documents. • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements. • Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS and onboarding documentation.
• Support special projects such as internship hiring, recruitment drives and other career events. • Prepare Talent Acquisition and Onboarding reports. • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. • Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates and internal and new employees. • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes. • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
• BS in Human Resources or equivalent • 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding coordination. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to work well with others both in person and across other offices through remote communications. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams. • Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail. • Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms. Familiarity with Workday is a plus. • Ability to speak, read and write in English. Spanish is a plus. • In office full time
