Role Overview Guidewire Data Developer with strong Guidewire data, SQL, and insurance domain experience to support data analysis, transformation, validation, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Guidewire data sources, Cloud Data Access (CDA), and insurance data across policy, claims, and billing domains. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business, Guidewire, and data teams to understand data requirements • Analyze Guidewire insurance data across policy, claims, billing, and related data domains • Develop and execute complex Guidewire queries for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and validation • Support end to end data transformation, including extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation • Investigate data quality issues and perform source to target validation • Develop data queries, reports, and analytical datasets to support business reporting and operational needs • Support testing, reconciliation, and validation activities for reporting, analytics, and downstream data consumers\ Required Skills
• Strong SQL development, querying, and performance optimization skills • Experience working with Guidewire Cloud Data Access (CDA) • Strong understanding of Guidewire data structures and relationships • Strong understanding of insurance data across policy, claims, billing, underwriting, and financial subject areas • Hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and validation • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience working with Snowflake and large-scale datasets • Experience working with insurance data models and applications • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders Preferred Skills
• Commercial Lines insurance experience • Experience with Guidewire Data Studio, Data Explore, Data Hub and InfoCenter • Understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter • Guidewire certifications are beneficial but not required
