Drive end-to-end delivery of investment performance analytics and reporting enhancements in a global, cross-functional team. As a Vice President Product Delivery Manager at JPMorganChase within Investment Performance Measurement, you will drive end-to-end delivery of strategic enhancements to performance analytics and reporting capabilities, partnering with Technology, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control. You will operate in a global, cross-functional environment and support change management and controls activities for performance measurement applications. You will rely on disciplined delivery practices across requirements, backlog management, testing, and release execution.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product delivery and project management (milestones, progress tracking, and stakeholder communications). • Develop core business requirements, facilitate design working sessions, and maintain test plans and scripts. • Lead UAT and production testing cycles; log, track, and drive resolution of enhancements and defects. • Support change management and controls (documentation, evidence, and implementation support). • Maintain project scorecards and key metrics for senior management; perform ad hoc research/analysis and support training and communications to business users. • Drive strategic initiatives to streamline performance analytics and reporting, including automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Represent the performance function at senior management forum and board meetings to provide program updates. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline. • The role requires strong project management skills ideally with investment performance measurement technical knowledge. • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies • Effective communicator with ability to lead discussions, present outcomes, and influence stakeholders across a matrix organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data issues and drive timely resolution with partners. • Demonstrated delivery focus and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics • CIPM designation (or progress toward). • Advanced AI Tool knowledge; experience with automation/visualization tools is a plus. • Knowledge of securities operations, trade processing, and fund accounting is a plus. • Familiarity with common delivery tooling (e.g., issue tracking and test management) and strong comfort working with data and metrics are beneficial.
