Help shape how we plan, forecast, and explain technology investment across the firm. In this role, you will turn complex expense data into clear insights that inform leadership decisions. You will partner closely with finance and technology stakeholders to strengthen transparency, accuracy, and business storytelling. Join us to help improve reporting processes while contributing to high-impact strategic deliverables. As a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance in Enablement Technology Planning and Analysis, you will support our strategic programs and recurring deliverables that enable timely, accurate technology expense reporting. You will analyze expenses, prepare value-added management reporting, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. With guidance from senior team members, you will collaborate with planning and analysis partners and expense leads across technology to maintain data integrity and improve processes. You will help us communicate insights clearly and support decisions that keep us aligned to expense goals. Job responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including clear explanations of results and variances tied to business drivers • Coordinate month-end activities to support delivery of actuals, full-year outlooks, and annual planning outputs • Partner with technology finance and business management teams to provide insights on risks, opportunities, run-rate trends, and efficiency initiatives • Develop executive-ready presentations and supporting analysis for senior stakeholders, including ad hoc requests • Support key enterprise deliverables and leadership materials (e.g., Investor Day, quarterly business reviews, senior leader presentations) • Perform variance analysis and present concise commentary explaining changes versus prior outlooks and plans • Serve as a point of contact for technology outlook, forecasting, and annual planning process coordination • Manage monthly corporate deliverables by collaborating with firmwide planning and analysis, corporate planning and analysis, and allocations partners • Consolidate and review taxonomy reporting and related project details to ensure consistency across sources and alignment to business messaging • Monitor allocation processes and retained positions, and recommend improvements that enhance transparency and explainability • Lead process enhancements and controls, including automation or modeling where appropriate, to improve timeliness and accuracy Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or management reporting • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close support in a matrixed organization • Experience performing variance analysis and translating drivers into clear, concise financial commentary • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, large data sets) • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience creating executive-ready materials • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including partnering across teams and seniority levels • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions • Experience working with financial systems and standardized reporting/taxonomy structures Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience supporting technology expense planning (e.g., depreciation, software, vendor spend) • Experience building pro formas or trend-based models to support outlook and planning assumptions • Experience improving reporting through automation or repeatable models • Familiarity with allocation methodologies and cross-charging concepts • Experience collaborating with strategy, portfolio governance, or vendor management partners • Experience creating or using data visualizations to communicate financial insights effectively • Experience supporting senior leadership requests in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Additional Information To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
