About this role

The Senior Manager, New Services Enablement & Execution turns the New Services strategy into reality, bringing new service opportunities to life from discovery and in-store pilot through full-scale rollout. This role provides strategic leadership and owns the execution layer, designing the processes, timelines, and cross-functional support needed to launch each service and ensuring the services ecosystem operates as a connected whole. The role runs on aggressive speed-to-market timelines and a fast test-and-learn mentality and will help lead the team's transition from a lean agile model to a funnel (stage-gate) methodology as the portfolio grows. Success requires an ingrained start-up mentality: a strategic mindset, accountability, business drive, resiliency, curiosity, and critical problem solving, with the adaptability to solve problems on the fly and the tenacity to deliver programs on time while proactively removing barriers. Primary Responsibilities:

• Program Execution & Speed to Market: Lead strategic planning and execution for services initiatives, personally driving the merchandising actions required for new service launches while collaborating with cross-functional coworkers to ensure they deliver their portions on time. Build high-level project plans that layer in cross-functional milestones and supporting financials, create and refine processes, and drive delivery against business objectives, timelines, and operational requirements. Launch quickly, pilot early, and anticipate obstacles, bringing practical solutions with cross-functional buy-in to keep launches on schedule.

• Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build successful partnerships with vendor and supplier partners, key internal coworkers, and cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Inventory Management, Store Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Retail Leadership, collaborating with multi levels within the organization and applying negotiation and influence to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Drive issue resolution, process improvements, and program enhancements that maximize partnership value and support company growth objectives.

• Go-to-Market & Adoption: Partner with Marketing, Omni Channel, Store Operations and Field Sales to build go-to-market plans that drive foot traffic, measurable product adoption, and sales growth. Deliver marketing collateral, sales training guidance, and customer support materials that equip stores and field teams to sell and support each service.

• Strategy & Category Growth: Aid in the development of and ownership of execution of multi-category and product strategies that align with business strategies and drive sales, penetration, margin growth, profitability, and market leadership. Use market and consumer insights to develop a point of view on customer-centered platforms and represent the “voice of the customer” in internal decision making. Apply long-term planning so near-term launches build toward the broader New Services pipeline.

• Performance Insights, Operating Cadence & Tools: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure program and product success, identify opportunities and risks, and drive data-driven decisions. Partner with Merchandising Planning & Analysis to build trackers and reporting frameworks, and run a disciplined operating cadence that ensures follow-through, timely escalation, and accountability.

• Lead and mentor a team: Exhibit strategic leadership while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
