About this role
• Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and production schedules. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure equipment is properly cared for. • Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with NOV HSE and quality standards. • Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures to complete assigned work accurately. • Support team operations by assisting with additional production duties as needed. • Work overtime and various shifts as required to meet business needs. • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift while performing frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements. • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull equipment and materials throughout the shift.

• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. • Reliable attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic. • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in multiple production areas. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
