About this role
Support the implementation of HSE programs and promote a safe working environment to achieve zero incidents across fabrication and construction activities.
• Conduct daily HSE site observations and inspections. • Monitor and follow up on Permit to Work (PTW) implementation. • Support HSE campaigns and safety awareness programs. • Assist the HSE Lead in monitoring daily HSE practices. • Promote safe work behavior and provide guidance to employees on HSE requirements.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • Basic knowledge of HSE principles; 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Minimum certification: Ahli K3 Umum. • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward workplace safety.
