We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Office of the CFO Governance & Execution Team. This role is located in New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide senior level administrative support in a fast paced, deadline driven environment • Serve as a primary and central coordination point for daily operations, communications, and workflow • Ensure seamless execution of administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointment • Prepare, edit, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and financial documents • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, town halls, on-sites, business reviews, audits, and cross-organizational initiatives • Support onboarding of new team members, including system access, equipment requests, and orientation materials • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives as assigned • Maintain office supplies, technology needs, and vendor coordination • Adopt and leverage BNY AI Enabled tools to enhance administrative efficiency
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Proven administrative experience, preferably supporting business execution, finance, accounting, or senior leadership teams • Experience in a large financial services or corporate environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
