09/10/2026 Group CFO DNK-Randers, Danish Crown Vej Programme Director, MES Lead a business-critical transformation at Danish Crown Do you have extensive experience leading large-scale IT programmes and a strong understanding of Factory IT? Would you like to play a key role in shaping the future production landscape at Danish Crown? We are looking for a Programme Director to take overall responsibility for our MES programme. In this role, you will lead a complex transformation from platform selection through implementation, ensuring alignment between business strategy, IT roadmaps and operational needs across our production sites. Based on the position description, the role has overall responsibility for the MES programme, stakeholder alignment, vendor selection and programme delivery. Your responsibilities • Lead the MES programme from planning to implementation • Take overall responsibility for scope, timelines, budget and delivery • Drive governance, stakeholder management and programme execution • Lead collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners • Ensure successful system integration, data migration and testing • Drive change management across production sites and business units • Support process standardisation and optimisation What you bring You are an experienced programme leader with a proven track record of delivering large and complex IT programmes, preferably from a factory perspective. We imagine that you: • Have extensive experience with strategic programme management • Have successfully led large-scale MES implementations or large-scale factory implementations • Preferably bring strong knowledge of MES, OT and system integration • Thrive in complex stakeholder environments • Communicate clearly and confidently across all organisational levels • Have a structured and results-oriented approach What we offer You will have the opportunity to lead one of Danish Crown's most important digital transformation programmes and help shape the future of manufacturing technology across the Group.
